Registration Process

1. Team Composition
Teams must consist of 5–10 members (enrolled in Diploma/Bachelor of Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, or Science - Chemistry & Biology). -
2. Registration & Poster Upload
Submit registration form and poster file no later than September 30th, 2026. -
3. Internal Evaluation
Expert panel review takes place from October 9th – 23rd, 2026.
Registration Fee
FREE OF CHARGE
No registration or participation fee will be charged to any participant for 2nd PILLARS 2026.
Category Benefits
E-certificates will be awarded to the winners in each subtheme of the Scientific Poster competition.
Submission Requirements
Poster Guidelines
- Grand Theme: OVERDOSE
- Dimensions & Format: A1 size (Portrait), high-resolution PDF or PNG/JPG (300 DPI)
- File Naming: ScientificPoster_PILLARS2026_[Team Leader Name]
Poster Structure
- Header: Title, author names, affiliations, University & PILLARS logos
- Body: Introduction, Methodology, Results/Visual Data, Discussion & Conclusion
- Visual Balance: Clear typography, charts, high readability
