- Full Paper: Following the specified format guidelines
- Originality Statement Sheet: Duly signed by participant(s)
- Format: Both documents compiled in PDF format
- File Naming: Full Paper_PILLARSLR2025_[Participant's or Team Leader's Full Name]
Paper Format Guidelines
- Length: 8-12 pages (including references)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12pt
- Spacing: 1.5 line spacing
- Margins: 2.54 cm (1 inch) on all sides
- Format: PDF file only
- File size: Maximum 10 MB
Paper Structure
- Title Page: Title, author(s), affiliation, abstract (max 250 words)
- Introduction: Background, problem statement, objectives
- Methodology: Search strategy, inclusion/exclusion criteria
- Results: Systematic presentation of findings
- Discussion: Analysis, implications, limitations
- Conclusion: Summary and recommendations
- References: Minimum 25 recent sources (last 10 years)
Citation Style
- Use APA 7th edition format
- In-text citations required
- Reference list must be alphabetically ordered
- DOI required for journal articles when available
Finalist Selection
The selection of finalists shall be based on compliance with eligibility criteria and the assessed quality of the submitted entries. Finalists will be officially announced through:
- PILLARS official website
- Official Instagram account
- Email notifications to registered addresses
Important Notes
- Each payment receipt is valid for only one registration
- Registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
- All participants must complete the competition and submit their work
- All submissions must be original and previously unpublished
- Plagiarism check will be conducted on all submissions
- Papers not meeting format requirements will be disqualified
