2. The organizing committee shall not be held liable for any technical
difficulties or disruptions that may affect the submission process or the evaluation of
entries.
3. All personal data collected during the registration process will be
processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will be used
exclusively for purposes related to the competition.
4. Any act of cheating, plagiarism, or other forms of misconduct will
result in immediate disqualification from the competition. Participants must ensure that
all submitted materials (Literature review and IG Reels) are based on credible
references, and all sources must be properly cited using the APA citation style.
5. Participants are required to fulfill their participation in the
competition by submitting their final work within the designated deadline. Failure to
submit the required work after completing registration shall be regarded as a breach of
competition commitment.
6. A registration fee is applicable for this competition, with the amount
varying according to each competition category. Detailed information regarding the
applicable fees can be found in the specific provisions of each competition type.
7. The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances,
including withdrawal from the competition, failure to submit work, or disqualification
due to rule violations.
8. Submission of proof of payment through the official registration link
(Google Form) is mandatory and constitutes a formal requirement of the registration
process.
9. During the evaluation process, participants are expected to respond
promptly and professionally to any communication or clarification request from the
committee.
10. By joining the competition, participants grant the PILLARS 2025
Committee the right to use submitted works (Literature review and IG Reels) for
educational, promotional, and documentation purposes, with proper credit given to the
authors/creators.
11. The organizing committee reserves the right to amend the competition
schedule, structure, or any related provisions in response to unforeseen circumstances.
All amendments or updates will be duly announced in advance via the official PILLARS
platforms.
